Quality Special Month Report/Kangni New Energy Carries out 8D and QC Tool Training

In September of 2021, the company Quality Management Department organized a two-day training on "8D and QC tools". This training received strong support from company leaders, department leaders and key employees, and a total of more than 30 key employees participated in this training. This training aims to improve everyone's 8D problem-solving ability and methods, so that they can lead the 8D team to carry out work and skillfully apply the 8D method to the on-site problem analysis and improvement.

At the beginning of the training, the lecturer proposed that this training is an open and interactive training. We hope that everyone can actively participate in it and create a good start for the whole training atmosphere.

During the training, TUV teacher explained in details the meaning of each D in 8D, and focused on the contents of D0 to D4 in 8D. Through actual cases and illustrated electronic presentations, he elaborated the requirements of each link in the process of 8D group activities and the precautions for writing the report, and taught the students the writing methods and activity processes of 8D in simple terms, We also patiently answered and guided the questions raised by the students, and explained the usage of QC statistical tools such as fishbone chart, histogram, control chart, etc. with examples. Engineers from all departments have brought positive interactive support to the classroom in combination with their actual work. Everyone spoke and asked questions enthusiastically and actively answered the lecturer's questions. In the active atmosphere of communication and sharing, we have also inspired and gained a lot. The training has achieved good results and came to a successful conclusion.
